How to request to display a poster:
Please answer “yes” to the registration question, “Would you like to present a poster in the poster session?”
The poster presentation will be limited to 50 posters no larger than 44" high x 36" wide. Posters will be displayed in the Atrium area of the National Weather Center, directly adjacent to the conference meeting area.
If more than 50 posters are requested, we will honor poster participation on a first come first serve basis, determined by registration submission. Once registration has closed, we will confirm your poster session participation.
- DEPSCoR supports basic research.
- Ensure the content is appropriate for public distribution.
- Push pins will be provided, but if your poster requires special pins or fasteners, please bring those with you.
- All posters must be set up by participants prior to 8:15 am on Thursday, April 25, and removed by 3 pm.
